The technician I worked with was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, personable, informative, and efficient. He thoughtfully assessed my issue (a light switch in my master bathroom wasn't working right), gave me several options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then completed the work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with ProLectric!

I would not give them a star at all. The owner Richard has refused to inspect and repair a previous job without charging $100.00. Who does that? I was not having an issue with an item prior to the company performing a service. First electrician flipped a breaker in my home and stated the issue was fixed. Of course we had already tried this fix. So we requested them to come back as the issue started again within 24 hours. Well now the work performed by the second technician provided electricity to one area but now there is no electricity in an area that was working prior to the work performed. When asked to return and determine if the new issue is a result of the work previously done(note that we were not having an issue with the electricity in this area. The technician stated that he ad to isolate all areas to find the issue with the original non-working area) they want to charge us a fee. We requested for them to return and if this has nothing to do with the work they performed we will pay however they have refused. I do not understand why they do not warranty their work. So beware. Long story short. I am very disappointed with the customer service sand work performed. How some companies take advantage of the elderly is disgraceful. I can not recommend this company.

Incredibly slow, over priced for work done, and had to play someone else to fix damage done. Would not recommend.
