To Whom It May Concern:
I've had a very difficult time with the probate court in Chatham County, GA. I've been trying to submit a document that the judge just has to sign. One of the workers was very rude to me, and in an ugly tone told me that it was my fault that the document wasn't filled out properly the first time. Sorry, but my father doesn't die everyday, and I don't fill out these types of documents regularly. From what they've said, the probate court is EXTREMELY understaffed and has tons of cases that they have to process and don't have time to get into specifics. It's not a justifiable answer, but I understand their situation. Doesn't help the rest of us that need things taken care of in a timely manner. I must admit that I've been dealing with them for over a year now, and still haven't gotten what I need taken care of.
Called about my permit never heard anything back gee thax
I have called probate court 4 times over the last 4 hours, but to no avail. No answer and not call backs after leaving 2 detailed messages. WHAT ARE YOU PAYING THESE COUNTY EMPLOYEES TO DO??? Obviously, they are not doing the job that tax-payers expect from them and are paying them to do... Totally unprofessional and lackiical. This is totally unexceptable!!!
