Yes yes yes! Had a pleasant trip to Ross on a not so good day. Ms Victoria assisted me in a very patient and delegent manner. She was more then pleased with helping me coordinate an outfit for my homecoming. Such an important time to shine! And thanks to her and that beautiful personality! We accomplished just that!
Great selection of Knick-knacks. Tempted to buy shoes and clothing because of the grey options available, but focused on what I came to look for... SUCCESS!!! Several stocking stuffers completed.
Was in town for a few days and needed something affordable and cute of course lol I was helped by an employee named Victoria she was very helpful she pointed me in the direction of a few cute affordable outfits and even showed me a few pairs of shoes. Oh how could I forget about my purse lol I'm in love Y'all Thank you so much Ms.Victoria i Will definantly stop by again and i hope this wonderful Lady is there she's perfect.
Just went to Ross and considering it's almost the holiday season, I figured everyone would have a better attitude. But "Victoria" a heavy set black woman with nappy hair decided to ruin the Ross trip for us. She was VERY rude and unprofessional. I will definitely be calling whomever I have to in order to make sure this is handled. Her attitude is unacceptable and if those are the kind of people that represent 'Ross' stores. I definitely will NOT be returning. It's no one's fault but her own that she has to work at a clothing store in her late 30's.
