Free People in Savannah needs to tighten up on its customer service. Just went into the location on W. Broughton Street in the Historic District on an afternoon stroll (11/22/16 @ 3:00 PM) and was straight IGNORED by the sales person. If Free People would prefer African Americans to not shop at their location in Savannah, GA or in any of their locations, then perhaps they should post a sign on the door stating the fact, oh, but wait--it's 2016 and that's illegal. So, instead your staff simply ignores the customers, they prefer not to serve?? I get it! Will also contact corporate HQ and voice my concern with them and on social media as well. #thestrugglecontinues!
Went in for a job interview, felt very awkward and out of place. The employees did not greet or asked me if I was okay while looking around the store. As soon as I walked in the place of business I felt as if I was not good enough or accepted to even work at Free People. The manager was very nice, but for some reason when I left I felt as if she talked about me. I felt very out of place. I will never visit or shop from this business ever again.
We don't have a free people store in St. Louis so I go in them whenever I can find one. Lacey has great customer services as do all of the ladies I encountered on Broughton St.
