I bought a shirt this past week and it has a hole in it (I HAVENT EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO WEAR IT). I tried to return it today with the tag on it and everything, I just didn't have the receipt. But seriously?? No store credit or anything?? If you're going to have cheap clothes, atleast have a better return policy for those who don't hoard their receipts. Also, the last at the register was blunt and not friendly. She could've atleast had a smile on her face or something.
I love forever 21's clothing, but this store isn't the best. They have a huge variety of clothing, but they seem to only have a few of many different styles. So for the most part they were completely out of my size (L) and everything cute was in S or sometimes M. While it was kept up neatly and very clean, the clothes were arranged in no logical order and seemed scattered throughout the store. It was hard to find what I wanted. It's great if you just go in to go in. Not so great if you are actually looking for something.
