Love the Hip/Funky vibe. Great friendly service. And although I didn't use it, I love the griddle in the table!
One of the best Bloody Marys you will find downtown. Its made with a local mix, rimmed with Old Bay, and topped with lime, olives, and bacon. The place lives up to its name. It's a funky little joint where you can cook your own pancakes at your table. Plenty on the menu to choose from, generous portions, and decent prices. Be prepared to wait, but the wait is well worth it.
I define it as a hipster place that is very child friendly - they have hopscotch painted on their patio. Bonus: they have a parking lot for customers, but it's only so big.
I ordered their pork chop over potatoes ($14) and was disappointed. It tasted good, but I expected more since it cost so much. I guess I'm paying for quality ingredients?
I only ate here once and it was all I needed. For a breakfast/brunch place I think it's a bit overpriced. Granted things may have changed since I've gone.
Great food. Incredibly long wait though--which wasn't properly conveyed. Upon questioning the wait time, the hostess was unable to provide any sort of estimate for us to be seated. Once seated, the service and food we're on point.
Really cool place to go for brunch. Best fresh squeezed orange juice there. Some of the booths have cook tops so that you can cook your own pancakes at your table. Fun for kids. Those tables can be a long wait so we opted for a regular table. Food was delicious. In the end I was glad that we didn't use a cook top table because I saw the person who cleaned the table use the same rag and bucket on the seats and across the table. Eww.
