Very nice people! The only downside is being inside Kroger, so no drive thru.
They were out of Acia on a regular basis, the fourth try they had it.
The most unprofessional barista I've ever encountered. She didn't know how to do a pour over. Then when I removed the lid to add my cream and surger (that she forgot to add) I discovered that she had filled it up to the rim (literally overflowing) and it spilled out everywhere, splattering all over me and my white top, right before my company meeting. Worst Starbucks experience, EVER. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Barista rolling her eyes at 6:30 am. Judging from her attitude, she shouldn't be on the morning shift. This was my 1st visit to this Starbucks and will most likely be my last! Very disappointed in the service. Also, opens at 6:00 am, when I arrived at 6:30 there were no pastries out. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
Most of the time...depending upon who's working...they already know what I want.....and there one of the few I go to that tastes consistent each and every time. A+....with help and additude always a willingness to please... My number one spot when in town !!
