The restaurant upstairs was beautiful. My meal of Veal was wonderful. My partner had the seafood fettuccine with mussels, shrimp and scallops. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. The manager came to our table and wanted to know how everything was and we couldn't stop praising everything. This restaurant is a "must" for dining in Savannah.
Excellently prepared and presented cuisine. Superb staff. What a perfect dinner experience. We can't wait to return!
Steak was excellent. Seafood was as well. It was hopping the night I went. Service was a little slower than other restaurants.
Let me start out by saying our waiter was great. But it ends there: Starting with the bread, raw in middle and literally hard as my cell phone on the bottom. NOT KIDDING. Got the lobster pasta, all seafood was good but they literally put about two tablespoons of sauce over the entire plate. The $8.50 salad was ridiculously overpriced, also about one tablespoon of vinaigrette. Family ordered the stuffed grouper that had about a tablespoon of stuffing inside. Not what you expected for a high end restaurant. The bill was all together about $400 for 5 individuals, 3 petite women. Two drinks, one tea and one glass wine. I came to Savanah for a nice getaway experience, but got it broke off on the fist dining outing. Do not recommend. I wish I could say better.
A waitress name Angel was very informed of the menu and the specials. Quick on the feet and knows the chef to make a good dessert. Will return hungry for more.
