Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing at this location. I was running late for my appointment and instead of having an attitude with me the staff took me in with a smile.. explain that the appointment time will be reduced but based on the attention to detail in my massage session I felt like nothing was lost only gained the rest and relaxation needed. Thanks to the amazing staff with more than amazing attitudes. Next time I'm in Savannah I'll happily visit this location again.
We joined Massage Envy in Savannah about a year ago and it's one of the best investments we've ever made. The membership is quite affordable and includes a 1 hour massage each month. Additional massages can be enjoyed at a very low cost which we often take advantage of. Everyone is extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Be sure to ask for Kathleen and Tim. They're excellent! Just don't ask for them during our Saturday 90 minute couples session :)
The best decision I have made in a while, or so I was told by my wife. I'll be the first to admit I take little care of myself beyond the basics. My time is spent working or taking care of family that I simply don't see the little things I could do for myself. When I walked into Massage Envy I had my doubts but when I walked out everything was gone. Back pains I didn't know that I had were gone! This is the first time is months I haven't had to drive Kelly, my daughter, to tennis tournaments with a tennis ball pressed against my spine. Those of you who know what that is for need to go see Andre at Massage Envy. You'll thank me later!
Work on your phone service and I may change my review, but the fact yall were rude over phone doesn't give me much hope for your service.
