Food was good but they “forgot” to make the broccoli cheddar soup that morning...How do you FORGET to make probably the most popular soup on your menu! Come guys get your act together. Where was the manager on duty to make sure things were getting done?
This place is outstanding. I go there every Sunday, and the food is always really good. Service is fast. This is one of their best locations.
For a while this place was going downtown hill as they hired the most depressing manager ever. It seems there’s been a shift in mamangement which has lead to better hires and overly improved moral and customer service. There are still some weeds to be plucked as today during their peak lunch hours I guess it’s normal for their employees wearing a certified trainer hat to spend a hour napping in a 4 person table while the manager conducts an interview at the table nearby. Way to lead a modest example what an employee should repsresent here let alone some deemed worthy enough to be a trainer. At least the staff doesn’t curse anymore.
I usually love Panera bread but this location gave the worse service I have had at any Panera Bread (across the country) or at any "fast food" restaurant. I placed an order for pick up online which was pretty easy and convenient. However, the staff were unpleasant to me and other customers. My order was missing SEVERAL items to include a whole salad. As soon as I realized salad was missing I went back inside and they had it already but said they "weren't sure where it was supposed to go". I left again and then realized the order was missing a baguette and a bag of chips. By this time I was too annoyed to go back inside. Once I started eating my salad I realized they completely forgot to add chicken to it. This location obviously does a half ass job on their orders.
Their attempt at delivery service blows. Can't even drive 2 miles up the road. But Jason's Deli can and they're even further. If you're gonna deliver, Panera, then deliver. Don't advertise and then be picky about where you deliver. Or just don't offer bs delivery service to begin.
