Had a great experience. My representative was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Employees at this IRS office will not provide service. I walked in at 4:15 p.m., fifteen minutes before closing. I was told they were closed, even though three employees were there: a security guard, a male clerk and a female in the back. She's the one who said they were closed. I tried to reason with them. The guards said: "If you want service you'll have to come back tomorrow."
This lady is super nasty. She arrives late. Goes to lunch and never really helps anyone. Super nasty. Why is there only one person working in this office. No one gets their issues resolved. She does not give receipts if you pay in person. When this office was downtown there were about six people working in the office. She needs to be fired.
The IRS help desk here is by appointment only. The guard was nice the IRS agent was rushed didn't care about my baby crying and was very unpleasant to deal with. I brought in proof that my children SSN was valid from the date of birth her comment was to the IRS it is valid from the date of issued. I responded so my new SS Card is only valid for tax years after 2017. She had no comment but would submit my paperwork for review and I will get an message in the mail in about 90 days. Almost forgot I was to to arrive early and she saw me late. Gave me a number then call me back to her desk where she ask for my number. This makes this tax payer so happy.
No stars. She deserves --- 500 Billion
I rate this place as a -1 and have not even been there from reading the reviews....someone from Atlanta needs to go down and make some changes...horrible..sadden from the people who had to go through this bs...
